ACHIEVEMENTS

We are thrilled to share exciting news with you regarding the remarkable achievements of our talented students, Giancarlo Ibarra, Giuliana Ibarra and Michael Nguyen, at the 7th Hong Kong Pacific Piano Open Competition (Results). These gifted musicians have not only showcased their extraordinary skills but have also secured well-deserved prizes in their respective categories.

• Giancarlo Ibarra, has been awarded the 3rd Prize in the Examination Group - Grade 3

• Giuliana Ibarra, who secured the 2nd Prize in the Examination Group - Grade 2.

• Michael Nguyen, has been awarded the 2nd Prize in the Examination Group - Grade 1.

The award recipients are invited to perform in the Prize Winners Concert in Melbourne, Australia. Performance videos will be posted afterward. We congratulate our students once again on their accomplishments.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to their dedicated teacher, Crystal Cheng, for her outstanding guidance and mentorship.

We congratulate on James's exceptional performance at the ENPS Assembly, where he captivated the audience with both a classical and a jazz piece. His versatility and dedication were evident as he seamlessly transitioned between genres, showcasing his remarkable talent and passion for music.

We am thrilled to share exciting news with you regarding the remarkable achievements of two of our talented students, Giancarlo and Giuliana Ibarra, at the 6th Hong Kong Pacific Piano Open Competition. These gifted musicians have not only showcased their extraordinary skills but have also secured well-deserved prizes in their respective categories.

Giancarlo Ibarra, has been awarded the 3rd Prize in the Examination Group - Grade 2. His captivating performance of Manfred Schmitz's "Tango for Two" captivated the judges and demonstrated his exceptional musical prowess. Giuliana Ibarra, who secured the 2nd Prize in the Examination Group - Grade 1. Her enchanting rendition of Emma (Lou) Diemer's "A Rainy Saturday" stood out for its artistry and skill, earning her well-deserved recognition. Congratulations to our student Mark Ureta (top left) on receiving the FIRST PLACE in the Chamber String Ensemble representing the Chatswood Public School in the Ryde Eisteddfod 2017. Each year school groups around Sydney participate in the Ryde Eisteddfod with a high standard of performances. Well done to Mark and we wish him all the best in his upcoming audition in the Sydney Conservatorium High School.
